For anyone that lives in PA, question about COVID protocols and habits

I'm coming to York, PA for a wedding next weekend. It's my niece, my daughters were asked to be flower girls right away, so there's no way to decline. I'm 100% in favor of going, but if it were up to my wife, we'd either skip it or I'd go solo. Both my wife and I are 2+ weeks past our second vaccine, but daughters (12 and 8) have not had it.
We live in Northern VA, so I'm familiar with habits and regulations here, but what is it like in PA? Will anyone wear a mask or worry about social distancing? The crowd (140-ish, at some barn-type wedding venue) is probably a mix between PA and VA people, and I think many of the attendees lean right.
